Criticism of the fertilizer ordinance is appropriate and necessary. Nevertheless, we will be subject to stricter regulations. As a result, farmers will more or less find themselves in a system of limited N-supply. If we do not want Danish conditions - combined with financial losses - in Germany, we must now look for clever ways out.
