Europos Sąjungos netenkina Trąšų reglamentas, nors 2017 m. jis buvo iš dalies pakeistas. Taisyklės yra nepakankamos nitratų kiekiui vietos požeminiame vandenyje sumažinti. Tačiau ar tikrai taip yra?
